Every applicant seeking our assistance with crowdfunding is required to present their case in detail using a provided application form and to attach all supporting documentation.
As an integral part of the application, the applicant is required to provide guarantees that the donated funds will be directed solely to the purpose for which they were contributed!
The submitted application is thoroughly reviewed and examined by the organization’s Support Committee, which either approves the request, rejects it, or returns it for further clarification and missing details.
Once the application is approved, we authorize the campaign to go live. If the campaign is being conducted in cooperation with another organization, we notify our partners that the campaign may be launched.
Upon completion of the fundraising process and after all funds have been received, we verify that the applicant has met all the requirements we set to ensure the donations are used for their intended purpose.
After all conditions are met, the collected donations are delivered to the applicant via check during a special ceremony, expressing gratitude to everyone who acted and donated toward the cause.
The check presentation ceremony is documented and photographed, and the footage is distributed to all donors so they can see that all the funds they contributed were delivered to their destination.
